Welcome, I am Saba, your Muslim Life Coach.
Saba Malik is a teacher and a DiscoveruLife certified life coach. She trained under the late Shaykh Muhammad Alshareef (May Allah have mercy on him). She is also certified in mental health first-aid.
Saba also hosted the Mentally Fit Muslims podcast and is the author of “Divine Depression” and “Blessed with Bipolar.” She has also published her memoir “MorningWind.”
She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at an early age, but she didn't let that stop her from living her life to its fullest potential. Saba has raised awareness about mental health in Muslim communities by sharing her own story and advocating for people challenged with mental disorders.
She has dedicated herself to educating others while working on healing herself through Islamic spiritual support and connecting with other Muslims with mental health challenges to create peer-to-peer support networks.
